Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order ships, not from the date you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
